Christine R. Deutsch, Esq
Christine Deutsch helps clients structure, negotiate and close complex real estate transactions such as acquisitions and dispositions, financing and restructuring, and all types of commercial leasing.
Prior to founding Deutsch Commercial Real Estate Law, Christine was a partner at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, WolfBlock LLP and Cozen O’Connor. She also served as Divisional Deputy City Solicitor for Real Estate and Economic Development in the City of Philadelphia Law Department where she was responsible for all of the City’s owned and leased real estate, including all City parks and recreational centers, nearly 8,000 vacant properties, and leases of dozens of office spaces. She has more than 20 years of experience in real estate law.
Christine is a graduate of Wellesley College and received her J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was an editor of the Michigan Law Review.
